What it does on a call
These are results from our own test calls: a simulated phone line with a synthetic caller voice. It hasn't taken calls from real customers yet. Early access is how we get there, carefully.
Says up front that it's a virtual assistant
It answers in your business's name and tells the caller it's your virtual assistant. No pretending to be a person.
Takes a structured message
Name, callback number, service address, what the problem is and how urgent it is.
Reads numbers back digit by digit
It repeats the callback number one digit at a time so the caller can confirm it. It spells back surnames that sound like others and asks the caller to repeat if it didn't catch something.
Lets callers interrupt
If the caller cuts in, it stops talking and listens.
Safe guidance on gas leaks
If a caller reports a gas smell, it tells them to get out and call the gas company or 911. It never claims to send help.
Keep your number
It's designed to work through conditional call forwarding on the number you already have. No porting, and an undo code to switch it off. We haven't verified this on a live carrier yet.
Test-call results only. Your results on real calls may differ, and we'll share what we learn as early access goes on.
How early access works
- Join the waitlist. Tell us your business, your trade and where you work. There's no cost to join.
- We talk. Someone from Stratiback gets in touch to learn how your calls come in and what a good message looks like for you.
- We set it up for you. We configure the assistant with your business details and walk you through turning call forwarding on, and off again whenever you want.
Free during early access, limited spots, fair-use limits apply. We're starting small and bringing businesses on a few at a time. Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything. See the Terms for details.

We read every signup. We'll only use your details to talk to you about Stratiphone early access.
